Quantum Spin Control and Optics Programming Engine
This is a framework using a client-server communication style to control various experiments. This allows for the GUI and lab control to be completely decoupled and thus the experiment can run in the background independent of the status of the user.
Currently it has been focused on wide-field quantum diamond microscope control.
Primarily this toolkit can read, process and analyse microscopy images. I.e. it can load images, perform drift correction, crop, rebin, smooth, fit and plot. It can also simulate images of magnetic flakes. Also see the old repo, which has additional functionality.
